'Thousands' of ocean mountains found

Thousands of mountains, all of them at least 1.5km high, have been identified on Earth.

They've gone unnoticed until now because they are at the bottom of the Ocean.

The new information comes from special satellites which observe the Earth.

Dietmar Müller from the University of Sydney explains the discovery.
