Fireball meteor caught on camera by a Devon observatory

A fireball meteor which passed over the UK on Monday has been caught on camera by a Devon observatory.

The "bolide" meteor, which is green in colour, was seen in the West Country, Wales and the West Midlands at 03:04 BST.

It is reported to have broken into several pieces as it entered the Earth's atmosphere.
