Could the UK deal with an oil spill?

In the wake of the massive BP spill in the Gulf of Mexico, the oil industry is reviewing contingency plans and boosting the numbers being trained to cope with an oil disaster, amid criticism that it cannot cope with blowouts in deep water.

Environment correspondent David Shukman joined an exercise off Southampton to learn more.
