Head of France's "SAS" on why his forces weren't used during Paris attacks

Panorama reveals how the so-called Islamic State's terror network has been operating secretly in Europe, and Western intelligence agencies' battle to stop it.

The programme has been speaking to Colonel Hubert Bonneau, head of the GIGN - France's equivalent of the UK's SAS - on why his forces weren't used during November's attacks in Paris.
