The sound in Gaza

Israeli forces have hit Gaza with air strikes and naval bombardment which they say are intended to stop rocket attacks into Israel.

The BBC's correspondent in Gaza, Jon Donnison, describes what it sounds like to be under fire - the air strikes, the boom of shelling from nearby warships and the drones nicknamed zannana in Arabic, which means "whining child".
