GPs 'already work 24/7, 365 days a year'

Asking GPs to work longer hours or lose funding is "an insult", according to the chairman of the British Medical Association's GP committee.

Dr Chaand Nagpaul's come after Downing Street warned doctors in England must keep their surgeries open for longer to meet demand from patients.
