Bullying: Are you guilty of bystander apathy?

Two years ago Hull and East Yorkshire NHS Trust was told it had a problem with widespread bullying. Dr Makani Purva was given the task of tackling it, and became the Trust's 'anti-bullying tsar'.

She tells Eddie Mair on BBC Radio 4's PM programme how she set about bringing back professionalism to the workforce, and explains that anyone can be guilty of "bystander apathy".
