How terminally-ill Heidi is preparing children for her death

Heidi Loughlin, the terminally-ill mother of two boys, describes trying to prepare them for her own death.

She was diagnosed with a rare form of breast cancer last year and told she had two-and-a-half years to live.

At the start of Children's Grief Awareness Week, she met with cancer counsellor Gwen Rogerson, from the charity We Hear You, to find out how she can tell her children she is dying.
