How can home care for dementia patients improve?

The way older people are being cared for in England is "shameful" and "scandalous" according to reports by Age UK and the Alzheimer's Society.

The chief executive of Alzheimer's Society, Jeremy Hughes, told the Today programme one in three home care workers "have no dementia training at all" and offered advice on how to help those with dementia.
