Is it the end for polio as a new vaccine is introduced?

More than 150 countries have begun switching to a different vaccine to target the two remaining strains of the polio virus.

The disease mainly affects children under the age of five, and can cause total paralysis in a matter of hours.

However, total eradication could be close.
