Abortion law in Northern Ireland 'breaches human rights'

The High Court in Belfast has ruled that abortion legislation in Northern Ireland is in breach of human rights laws.

A judge said abortion should be legal in cases of serious foetal malformation, rape or incest.

The 1967 Abortion Act does not extend to Northern Ireland.
