Mental health services 'under unprecedented strain'

The Royal College of Nursing (RCN) is warning that mental health services across the UK are under unprecedented strain.

It says nurses and beds are being cut, while emergency admissions are rising.

The nursing union says delays in treatment have also led to an increase in the number of people being sectioned under the mental health act.
