Failing hospitals to get help from top facilities

Managers and senior staff from some of the best performing hospitals in England will be sent into 11 failing facilities in an effort to improve poor standards of care.

The government plans include bonus payments for trusts that manage to raise their standards - but Labour says what hospitals need is more nurses on the ground.
