British Medical Association: 'NHS reforms hugely risky'

The Chairman of the British Medical Association has told the BBC that the government's reforms to the NHS are "hugely risky" and rushed.

Dr Hamish Meldrum said ministers had handled the changes badly and were risking patient care.
