New documentary 13th asks if US prisons are new slave plantations

After being one of the most talked about screenings at New York's Film Festival, controversial documentary, 13th, is likely to do the same at The London Film Festival this week.

It comes from rising director Ava DuVernay and is an exploration of the mass incarceration of African-Americans.
