Writer Alexander McCall-Smith wins a pig for top literary prize

Novelist Alexander McCall-Smith has collected the unusual prize of a pet pig after winning the Bollinger Everyman Wodehouse prize.

His novel, Fatty O'Leary's Dinner Party, came out on top of the comic fiction prize last week.

He was handed his porcine prize at the Hay festival, where the BBC's Rebecca Jones asked what he intended to do with it.
