Will Gompertz: Should this be the face of the new £20 note?

This week the Bank of England announced that it was going to have a new face on its £20 note.

Out goes economist Adam Smith and in comes a famous, dead, British visual artist.

But who should it be? John Constable, J M W Turner, Barbara Hepworth or perhaps Isambard Kingdom Brunel?

The public's opinions are being solicited.

BBC Arts Editor Will Gompertz puts in his two penn'orth.
