Should Paddington film be rated PG?

Paddington Bear's usually known for his friendly demeanour, duffle coat and marmalade sandwiches, so when censors gave his big screen debut a PG certificate, the cast and his creator were a little surprised.

The British Board of Film Classification had warned of sex references, dangerous behaviour and bad language.

But what could make the movie unsuitable for young children?

Tim Muffett spoke to the film's director Paul King and actor Hugh Bonneville in Paddington station.
