What does it take to become the next 'Voice of China?'

Reality TV is nothing new here in the UK. But in China, talent shows have recently taken off in a very big way.

With viewing figures Simon Cowell could only dream of - China's answer to "The Voice" is expected to attract many views this year.

So what would becoming the next "Voice of China" mean for contestants?

Hopeful Jiang Chung told BBC Radio 5 live's Breakfast reporter John Sudworth, "Talent shows give a chance to people like me. I love music and have been trying to make it for many years."
