Should UK museums charge entry fees?

Museums and art galleries, which are free to visitors, cost the tax-payer more than £350m a year - so should entry fees be introduced to save public money?

Recently free swimming lessons were scrapped as part of austerity measures, so should our museums and galleries go the same way?

BBC Breakfast has been asking members of the public for their views and also spoke to the Olympic swimmer Steve Parry and the director of National Museums Liverpool, David Fleming, about the debate.
