David Letterman's show goes on despite storm Sandy

Storm Sandy has forced David Letterman to perform to an empty New York studio for two nights.

The television host's famous Top Ten segment of the Late Show was aired with handwritten signs which replaced the show's standard graphics because key staff members were not on set.
