BBC 'must apologise' over Primark documentary

The BBC programme Panorama has been ordered to apologise after using footage that was "more likely than not" faked for part of a report on Primark, broadcast in 2008.

The BBC Trust - which governs the corporation on behalf of the public - says there was a serious breach of accuracy and fairness. It investigated the programme after a complaint from the company.

Nick Higham reports.
