Rock guitarist Gary Moore 'fell in love with the guitar'
Rock guitarist Gary Moore has died in a hotel room while on holiday in Spain.
Moore, 58, originally from Belfast, was a former member of the legendary Irish group Thin Lizzy.
He also worked with a number of top artists, including George Harrison, and opened the 35th Montreux Jazz Festival on the Swiss Riviera in 2001.
His love of the guitar, he said, was rooted in childhood outings with his father to see bands play.
