BBC talks to Anthony Bourdain about his new book, Medium Raw

Ten years ago Anthony Bourdain published his first memoir, a brutally honest, behind the scenes account of the restaurant trade.

The book, Kitchen Confidential, became a surprise international bestseller and propelled Anthony Bourdain out of the kitchen and into the world of writing, travel and TV presenting.

Now, he is back with his long awaited sequel Medium Raw, taking stock of the changes in his life and in the culinary world.

A decade ago he advised people not to eat fish on a Monday and the BBC asked him if that is still the case.
