Sarah Palin makes surprise Trump rally appearance

US Republican politician Sarah Palin has criticised protesters' "punk-ass thuggery" at a rally for presidential candidate Donald Trump.

Mrs Palin had previously cancelled her appearance at the campaign event in Florida after news her husband Todd had been injured in a snowmobile crash in Alaska.
