Welsh Assembly election: Nick Servini on Labour manifesto

Welsh Labour is promising a "plan for prosperity" which will "get the country moving" if they win the Welsh Assembly election.

The party launched its manifesto on Tuesday with proposals including a development bank to support small businesses, plans to create 100,000 apprenticeships, more free childcare and a promise to bring fast broadband to everyone.

BBC Wales political editor Nick Servini takes a closer look at the Welsh Labour manifesto.
