General election 2015: NHS manager's concern for the future

As the 2015 election campaign gathers pace, the BBC speaks to a manager in the National Health Service - Matthew Fitzpatrick from London.

Mr Fitzpatrick works as a podiatrist in both the NHS and the private sector.

He talks about his concerns about planning for the NHS in the future: "What elements are going to be protected, what elements are going to vulnerable?"
