Creative arts subjects in schools a child's 'human right'

The artist, Bob and Roberta Smith, says he's concerned arts subjects in schools in England are being squeezed out.

It follows a BBC survey in which nine in 10 secondary schools that responded said they had made cuts in lesson time, staff, facilities or after-school clubs in at least one creative subject.
