Urgent action needed to stop teachers leaving Britain

Urgent action is needed to avoid a 'brain drain' of teachers from Britain to other countries.

Sir Michael Wilshaw, England's Chief Inspector of Schools, says 100,000 qualified teachers from the UK are currently working abroad leading to a critical shortage of talent at home.
