British teacher on moving to a school in Dubai

The chief inspector of schools, Sir Michael Wilshaw, says teacher shortages in England are being worsened by the growing number of teachers choosing to work abroad.

The Ofsted chief warns that not enough new entrants are being attracted to the profession and those who do become teachers are not applying to schools with the most need.

Teacher Jadene Hall, one of the estimated 100,000 full-time teachers from the UK now working abroad, explains why she left her job in England to work in Dubai.
