Violent demonstrators 'excluded' from future protests

The president of the National Union of Students has said that violent demonstrators need to be excluded from future protests after Thursday's violent clashes in London.

"Students are telling me they want to continue to protest. I think we need to find a way to facilitate that, but I also want to do it in a way that doesn't lose public support by allowing those set on violence to take part, " Aaron Porter told BBC Breakfast.

"They need to be excluded and frankly these people need to be held account through the legal process," he added.
