From 'terrible teen' to thriving entrepreneur

A weightlifter from Newcastle who says she was a "terrible teen" has turned her life around and is now the successful owner of a new type of healthy 'fast' food restaurant.

The 32-year-old opened the restaurant in 2016 and is planning to branch out into other areas after the concept really took off.
