RICS: Housing supply is 'a major constraint'

House prices will go up 3% on average nationally - that's the view of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, which has just put out its annual forecast.

Simon Rubinsohn, RICS chief economist, told the Today programme "some comfort" will be drawn that price growth is likely to be more modest next year but warns that supply is still a "major constraint".
