Trump: Black communities worse off than 'ever, ever, ever'

Speaking in North Carolina, Donald Trump said black Americans are worse off now than "ever, ever, ever" before.

He said that his message has been "resonating" with black people, adding, "you see what’s happening with my poll numbers with African-Americans. They're going, like, high."
