Has Brexit uncertainty hit Marks and Spencer profits?

Marks and Spencer said it has seen a sharp drop in clothing sales, with its chief executive, Steve Rowe, citing weak consumer confidence ahead of the EU Referendum as one reason.

Sales fell by 8.9% in the three months to the end of June, while like-for-like food sales fell by almost 1%.
