Investors take a closer look at rare stamps

Unless you're an expert, it's not very easy making money these days.

The volatility of shares and low returns on savings mean that some investors are looking at alternative places to put their money.

That's led to an increase in popularity in items like rare stamps, coins, cars and art.

The BBC's Leisha Chi met with Singaporean stamp collector Richard Tan whose childhood hobby has turned into his "best investment".
