Go-Jek boss: 'You have to out-innovate everybody'

How can you get anywhere and do anything when you live in one of the most congested cities in the world?

For Nadiem Makarim, the answer was finding a more efficient way of using Jakarta's "ojeks", or motorcycle taxis.

His Go-Jek mobile app that gives quick and easy access to them was borne, he says, "out of frustration".

Now, not only is it a major competitor to Uber and Grab but it's expanding into a world beyond transport.
