Italian designer Brunello Cucinelli has been making cashmere clothes for decades, but his approach is unusual.

He believes that, if the company takes care of its workers, and the local community, it will not only make better products, but will also help to ensure its longevity.

His ambition is for his company to "survive for the next two or three centuries".
