Feeding Hong Kong's poor and hungry

In the restaurant business, owners generally raise their prices when their costs rise - namely rent, and ingredients.

And Hong Kong ranks among one of the most expensive cities in the world.

But Chan Cheuk Ming has kept the pricing at his eatery unchanged for around 7 years, and works with a charity to feed the poor and hungry.
