Will giving Indian food a new image help overseas?

In many parts of the world Indian food still struggles with the image of being heavy and greasy.

But some restaurateurs both in India and abroad are now trying to modernise the cuisine and change those perceptions.

The BBC's Sameer Hashmi went to take a look - and tasted a few of the dishes - for India Business Report.
