Why Kiribati is fishing for tuna wealth

Not everyone has heard of Kiribati but there's a good chance you could have eaten tuna caught in the waters of the tiny Pacific nation.

The country's land mass is smaller than that of greater London, but its fishing grounds cover an area larger than India.

Its economy struggles, though, partly because most of the wealth from its tuna flows out of the country. Now Kiribati is trying to keep more of that wealth at home.

Timothy McDonald reports from Tarawa, the main island of Kirabati.
