'Trust me': Bosses' tough task

There is a huge lack of trust in big businesses following the financial crisis, according to leadership expert Steve Tappin.

This can create problems for firms externally with shareholders and customers, but it can also cause issues internally such as high staff turnover.

Mr Tappin says rebuilding trust is now a "critical issue" for companies.
