Boosting Mumbai's 'informal' nighttime economy

As India's largest city, Mumbai is a flurry of activity and that continues when day turns to night.

Much of what happens between sunset and sunrise is not part of the "formal" economy but with some officials pushing to allow bars and restaurants to stay open round the clock, there are plenty who stand to gain.
