Saving water: The lessons from Perth

Perth is the driest of Australia's major cities and it has invested heavily to ensure there is sufficient water supply.

Two desalination plants provide half of the the city's water supply, but at a cost - bills have doubled in recent years.

Now the city is treating waste water and pumping it underground.

The BBC's Phil Mercer has more from Perth.
