Click and collect: The new battleground in retail

With so many of us living increasingly busy lives - getting to the shops is not always that easy.

More competition between outlets means it is as easy as possible for people to shop online and then pick up their goods at the time that is most convenient for them.

And that competition is about to intensify - the department store chain, John Lewis, is set to open a click and collect outlet at one of London's busiest railway stations.
