Bank of England Governor Mark Carney rounds on rate fixing

The Bank of England will tighten its governance after criticism of its response to claims of manipulation of foreign exchange rates.

Governor Mark Carney told MPs on the Treasury Committee that unacceptable manipulation of the foreign exchange markets would be "prosecuted to the full extent of the law".
