A look at how new 'Two Together Railcard' would work

BBC Breakfast business reporter Stephanie McGovern described how the Two Together Railcard would work and heard the views of some train passengers.

Martin Abrams, from the Campaign for Better Transport, welcomed the new card: "A lot of the time, it's much cheaper for people to take the car than to travel on the train and that's slightly scandalous."
