UK 'one of most centralised OECD countries'
London has created 10 times more private sector jobs than any other city since 2010, analysis by the Centre for Cities found.
The think tank's chief executive Alexandra Jones told the Today programme that the UK "is one of the most centralised countries" in the OECD.
She added that cities around the UK should be "allowed to take their own decisions".
