RBS customers still experiencing account problems
RBS customers are still reporting problems with their accounts, despite the bank insisting their IT problems from Monday had been resolved.
A number of customers claim that money paid into their accounts in the last few days - including salary payments - have vanished.
Susan Allen, Director of Customer Solutions at RBS group told BBC Radio 5 live's Dominic Laurie: "If you are still experiencing problems, please contact us because we can help and will investigate."
"In the past we have not invested as heavily as we should have done in IT - now we're trying to put that right," she added.
