Do Indians need technical rather than academic skills?

India is struggling to fill positions requiring skilled employees despite one of the world's largest young populations.

That is in contrast to the many graduates competing for fewer white-collar jobs following the country's economic slowdown.

Yogita Limaye reports from Sanand in western India on whether the skills gap is holding back growth.
